Wall Street: Dow Jones scores another all time high, to close at 19,251.78

While data was light on Tuesday, regardless of yesterday's all time high being reached by the Dow, Wall Street maintained the risk on theme and bulls kept chipping away.

The Nasdaq Composite Index gained 24.11 points, or 0.5%, to finish at 5,333.

The greenback inched along in a bullish drift while the stage remains set for a Fed hike next week with the Fed funds futures continuing to imply a 100% chance of a 0.25bp rate hike on the 14th December, with two more rate 25bp hikes priced in for 2017.
