US: Focus on PPI and jobless claims – TDS

Analysts at TDS suggest that there are a number of mid and lower-tier data releases scheduled for Thursday and markets expect January PPI to rise 0.4% m/m while the core index is seen rising 0.2%.

“Empire manufacturing is expected to see little change in February, with consensus looking for an increase to 18.0 from 17.7, while the Philly Fed Index is expected to edge lower to 21.6 from 22.2 for the same month.
