UK's Hammond: Getting rid of Theresa May won't resolve Brexit impasse

The UK Chancellor/Finance Minister Phillip Hammond was out with some comments in the last hour and showed disappointment on the latest escalation in the US-China trade tensions.

Key quotes:

   •  The UK is very exposed to any downturn in global trade.
   •  US-China trade ward would have a very serious dampening effect on the world economy.
   •  Optimistic that there will not be a trade war between the US and China.

He also touched upon the prolonged Brexit issue and said that getting rid of the UK PM Theresa May would not solve Brexit impasse, the problem is parliamentary arithmetic.
