UK PM spokesman: Govt has no plans to remove exit date in EU withdrawal bill

The UK PM Theresa May's spokesman was on the wires in the last hour, saying that the government has no plans to remove the exit data in the EU withdrawal bill, due to be voted in parliament next week.

Meanwhile, the British Pound extended its decline through the mid-European session, with the GBP/USD major dropping to fresh session lows near the 1.3400 handle and the EUR/GBP cross reclaiming the 0.8800 round figure mark.
