UK PM spokesman: Brexit talks with Labour due to start at 4 PM

The UK PM Theresa May's spokesman James Slack was out with some comments in the last hour, saying that the UK Cabinet discussed Brexit for about 1-hour and still supports talks with Labour as a way to find Brexit solution.
