UK PM May's spokesman: Tuesday's vote would not be last chance for the parliament to express its will

The UK PM's spokesman, James Slack, was out with some comments in the last hour, saying that Theresa May told has decided to speak first in the Brexit debate to set out government support for Brady Amendment.
