Philly Fed: Non-manufacturing Index falls to 37.2 in Oct from 46.8 in Sep

"Responses to the October Nonmanufacturing Business Outlook Survey suggest continued expansion of nonmanufacturing activity in the region," the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia announced on Tuesday.
