No change in monetary policy near term – Riksbank’s Ohlsson
|Henry Ohlsson, Deputy Governor at the Riksbank, said on Wednesday that it is still premature make the current monetary policy less expansionary.
The focus of attention of the Nordic central bank remains on the performance of the Swedish Krona (SEK), while the economy continues to show strong fundamentals.
EUR/SEK is now flirting with session peaks near the 9.9300 area, partially recovering yesterday’s sharp retracement.
