Italy's Di Maio: Decision on Italian budget already been made clear by EU's comments
|Italy's deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio was out on the wires in the last hour and said that decision on budget proposals have already been made clear by the EU comments.
Despite the fact that the European Commission is set to reject Italy's budget proposal, Di Maio was hopeful that dialogue can continue ahead of the final decision by next Monday.
Meanwhile, the EUR/USD pair surrendered early recovery gains and has now slipped back into negative territory, closer to mid-1.1400s.
