Germany’s Merkel on coronavirus: We can see light at the end of tunnel

Merkel’s comments on the virus are a stark contrast from what she said earlier on. Following a conclusion of the meeting with the state premiers on Tuesday, Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel said that ‘we are in a very serious situation now.’

Meanwhile, Germany is set to impose new entry regulations for incoming flight passengers, the Bild newspaper reported, citing government sources.
