ECB's Coeure: Negative interest rates are not the biggest problem

The European Central Bank (ECB) Governing Council member Benoit Coeure was on the wires last minutes, noting that the negative interest rates are not the biggest problem while hitting back at the financial institutions, as they urge the ECB to ease up on the negative rates.
