ECB: Vice president successor to be decided on Monday - ING

Eurozone finance ministers are set to agree on a successor to ECB vice-president Vítor Constâncio and it's the first piece of a big puzzle in the near-total overhaul of the bank's board, according to Carsten Brzeski, Chief Economist at ING.
