Commodities Redux? - Joseph Trevisani

The recovery from the 20 month  slide in commodities prices has ended. From April 2014 to this past January the Bloomberg Commodity Index fell 47.8 percent, from 138.6677 to 72.3315.  The recovery lasted half a year and  but in percentage term barely moved the needle. The top on June 9th at 90.3087 was still 34.8 percent below the April 2014 level and did not reach the first Fibonacci retracement at 38.2 percent.
