Bitcoin Price Prediction: Lack of BTC/USD support levels may see price drop even more - Confluence Detector

  • BTC/USD dropped from $8,814.30 to $8,707.40 this Friday.
  • The daily confluence detector shows two strong resistance levels at $8,780 and $8,950.

BTC/USD bulls took control in the early hours of Saturday and took the price up slightly from $8,707.40 to $8,719.45. This follows a bearish Friday where BTC/USD fell from  $8,814.30 to $8,707.40. The daily confluence detector shows a lack of healthy support levels, so further price drops may be expected. On the upside, there are two strong resistance levels at $8,780 and $8,950. $8,780 has the SMA 5, SMA 10 and one-week Pivot Point support-two. $8,950 has the one-month Fibonacci 23.6% retracement level and one-day Bollinger Band lower curve.
