Stable Euro area and US question marks

We have published our Nordic Outlook with updated forecasts for 2026 and 2027. We expect a stable outlook in Europe, convergence to trend levels in the US among high uncertainty, and continued struggle to raise domestic demand in China.

We have upgraded the outlook for Sweden and now expect two rate hikes over the coming years. Danish growth is also upgraded but for more technical reasons. Norway is slowing slightly while Finland has disappointed but with positive signs for the near future.

There have been some concerns over IT/AI companies in equity and credit markets, but not a wider market decline.
