WH adviser Kudlow: Want to continue China talks to address structural changes, enforcement

In an interview with Fox News, White House adviser economic Larry Kudlow said that they wanted to address structural changes and enforcement as they continue trade negotiations with China. Wall Street remains in the positive territory following these remarks.
