Michael Every, Senior Asia-Pacific Strategist at Rabobank, explains that there have been significant developments in Russiagate as one of the primary targets of investigation, former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, has opted to take the Fifth Amendment and remain silent rather than testify in Congress.
