UK's upcoming Brexit meeting on PM May's 'third way' could face troubles

The UK's cabinet will be holding a meeting on Friday to give responses to Prime Minister Theresa May's new 'third option' Brexit proposal.

The new proposal's details have not been released yet, and the UK's parliament members will have had only a few hours to become familiar with the material contained within. Initial reactions have not been good, with the UK's own Brexit Minister David Davis referring to the third option outline as "unworkable", while sources from the EU commission were much harsher, calling the proposal "laughable".

May is set to continue having an uphill struggle with smoothing over Brexit negotiations, and hard-line Brexiteers within the UK's parliament are believed to be edging closer towards calling for a challenge to May's leadership as the gaps on Brexit continue to widen between the EU and the UK.
