UK’s Hammond: to set overall path for public spending beyond ‘20

Addressing the House of Commons, the UK Chancellor Philip Hammond was further noted saying that:

   •  To set overall path for public spending beyond ‘20
   •  Could have capacity for further rise in public spending
   •  Business rate evaluation to be brought forward to 2021

The Cabinet minister also revealed the vital economic forecasts in the 2018 Spring Statement:

   •  2018 GDP  1.5% Vs 1.4%
   •  2019 GDP 1.3% Vs 1.3%
   •  2020 GDP 1.3% Vs 1.3%
   •  2021 GDP 1.4% Vs 1.5%
   •  2022 GDP  1.5% Vs 1.6%
