UK PM spokesman: Changes needed in agreement to avoid a no-deal Brexit

UK PM spokesman, James Slack, addressing the reporters this Friday, said that work on Brexit backstop is ongoing and there are certain changes needed in agreement to avoid a no-deal Brexit.

When asked about Finance Minister Hammond's earlier comments that people did not vote for a no-deal Brexit, the spokesman replied that people were given clear choice between leaving and remaining and they voted to leave.
