UK PM Johnson: US President Biden will take “tough messages” to Russia

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Monday, he remains hopeful that the UK-Russia relations will improve while adding that US President Joe Biden will take some "tough messages" to Russian President Vladimir Putin this week.

His comments come as he arrives at a meeting of the NATO military alliance.
