Scottish judge rules that PM Johnson's prorogation of parliament does not contravene law

According to Scottish BBC Political Correspondent Andrew Kerr, Scottish judge Lord Doherty said that the separation of powers means the courts will not interfere in the matter.

Lord Doherty does not accept the claim the prorogation contravenes the rule of law, Andrew noted.

The Cable resumes its upward bias and refreshes two-day tops at 1.2165 on the above comments.
