|Russia’s energy minister Novak hit the wires minutes after OPEC Secretary-General Mohammed Barkindo delivered comments on stabilizing oil markets, backing the case for an output cut or freeze.
His comments come just ahead of the informal talks in Vienna later this week on 28th & 29th October.
