Russian EnergyMin Novak: Non-OPEC committee recommends to keep current output quotas

Alexander Novak, the minister of energy of Russia, continues to give statements on the recent meeting, via Reuters, saying that the non-OPEC committee recommends keeping the current output quotas and adds that OPEC, non-OPEC will discuss an output cut extension by 9 months plus 3 months.
