RBNZ’s Spencer: Bitcoin ‘looks remarkably like a bubble forming to me’

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) Governor Grant Spencer said in an interview with TVNZ broadcast on Sunday, Bitcoin is a bubble.
