IMF’s Lagarde warns trade wars will damage global growth - The Telegraph

In an interview with the UK’s Telegraph on Monday, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Chief Christine Lagarde warned that global growth is under threat from mounting trade tensions and climbing debt levels, as cited by Reuters.

Additional Headlines:

Urges the US and China to remove tariffs affecting goods worth hundreds of billions of dollars to "give more certainty and confidence to their economies and to help, not hinder, global growth".

Warns that rising debt levels in developed economies also posed a major threat to the economy.
