IMF's Lagarde: Have been keen to continuously improve our exchange rate assessments

- There is room to improve on trade. IMF will contribute its part to make sure the engine of trade is not jeopardized
- On Germany: we have consistently said external imbalance should be addressed. Part of surplus is justifiable, but not all of it
- Have been keen to continuously improve our exchange rate assessments. Will continue to do so
- Encouraged by set of strong policies implemented by central bank and finance ministry in Mexico
