Reuters report cites The Times article which says a leaked British government paper sees a 9.5% drop in UK GDP if the nation leaves the EU.

The UK could lose up to 66 billion pounds per year under a ‘Hard Brexit’, says The Times article. Meanwhile, a quarterly survey of 7,000 businesses by the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) on Monday showed that Business investment and turnover confidence in the UK had hit four-year lows.
