Euro-zone flash GDP at 0.2% q/q, yearly rate falls to 1.2%

The Euro-zone economy is estimated to have expanded by 0.2% during the three months to December 2018, according to the preliminary flash estimate published by Eurostat this Thursday.

Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, the region's seasonally adjusted GDP growth rate fell further to 1.2% during the fourth quarter of 2018, down from 1.6% in the previous quarter.
