China Foreign Ministry calls US to drop arrest warrant against Huawei executives

Reuters reports the latest comments by the Chinese Foreign Ministry, as it strongly urges the US to stop unreasonable suppression of Chinese firms, including Huawei.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry also calls the US to lift arrest warrant against Meng Wanzhou while urging not to issue the extradition request for Meng and avoid going further down the wrong path.

This issue comes back in the spotlight ahead of the trade talks between the US and China likely to be held in Washington on Thursday.
