Brexit: Owen Smith opposes Article 50 move without vote - BBC

In an interview with BBC on Wednesday, Owen Smith, a British Labour Party politician, noted that he will not allow Theresa May to kick-off official EU exit talks unless she offers a referendum on the final Brexit deal or agrees to call a general election to approve it.
