Markets now await the headline act to commence with Donald Trump’s highly anticipated tax reforms due to be officially announced later this afternoon (1500BST). The US Treasury Secretary is also due to speak in the evening (1830BST) so I would be expecting the President to deliver the news but the real details not to be known until Steven Mnuchin speaks later.
