Cycle Trading: Bullish on Emerging Markets

The emerging markets ETF EEM just formed a weekly swing low.

EEM printed its lowest point the previous week on week 32.  Placing it very deep in its timing band for an intermediate cycle low.  The are bullish divergences developing on the weekly oscillators that often accompany a cycle low.  And EEM also closed above the declining 10 week MA.  All of which signal a new intermediate cycle. A close above the declining trend line will confirm the new intermediate cycle.
