Too early to talk about monetary policy normalization in Japan - IMF

It is "too early" to talk about normalizing monetary policy in Japan, as it will take a long time to achieve the Bank of Japan's 2 percent inflation target, A senior International Monetary Fund official said on Friday, according to Reuters.

He stressed the need to supplement BOJ's ultra easy monetary policy with structural reforms.
