U.S. hedge funds investing heavily in Greek banks

The Financial Times reports on US hedge funds, including John Paulson's, are buying into Greek banks, confident that Greece is turning for the better. John Paulson told the FT his fund had substantial stakes in Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank: "(Both) are now very well capitalised and poised to recover (with) good management" “The Greek economy is improving, which should benefit the banking sector” Paulson leads charge into Greek banks
