FOMC: 4 of 19 banks fail stress test

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The FOMC has released today its stress test to 19 banks in the US and it shows that 4 banks has failed the test with Sun Trust, Citigroup, Ally Financial having minimum capital values below 5% after stress test.

The Scheduled was changed today after J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. sent out a press release announcing it had passed the stress test. J.P. Morgan said it will raise its dividend and has already announced a $15 billion stock buyback plan.
