Wall Street recovers from worst day in 2013 but Dow remains below 14,000

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US stocks market closed Tuesday with gains and in recovery mode following the worst drop in 2013 on Monday. Dell's news on going private fueled the share and the tech sector advances big.

The DJIA advanced 99.22 points or 0.71% to close at 13,979.30. The S&P 500 added 15.58 points or 1.04% to 1,511.29. And the Nasdaq Composite rose 40.41 points or 1.29% to finish the day at 3,171.58.
