US: Durable Good Orders contracted 13.2% in August (Barcelona) - The Commerce Department has informed that orders for US long-lasting goods fell 13.2% MoM during August, crushing expectations at -5.0%, and down from +3.3% (revised) in June.

If we strip the Transportation sector, orders fell 1.6%, missing estimates at -0.3% and down from July’s -1.3% (revised).
