- Customer Support (Asia)
- Due to the rapid growth of FXStreet and the increased requirements of our customer base we are looking to expand the customer service team. The day-to-day tasks of the helpdesk support team vary depending on the needs of the users on a given day. Helpdesk support colleagues can help with subscription upgrades, dealing with user feedback, technical enquiries and general visitor enquiries regarding our site. The candidate has to be adaptable as there will always be unexpected issues that arise in a given day.
- Monitor helpdesk and reply within response guidelines to incoming messages.
Issue relevant support and guidance to users.
Active support to accounts and clients for B2B, both pre-sales and post-sales. Acquiring constant feedback from the client.
Direct messages to appropriate business units.
Keep users updated with progress on issues and requests if unable to solve at first response.
Respond appropriately to messages posted on Google Play and App Store and contact other teams if technical assistance required.
Provide accurate reports and data analysis for the management team.
- PC literate.
Excellence in English.
Customer Service background.
Preferable to have knowledge of CRM systems i.e. Zoho, Sales Force.
Able to communicate with empathy.
Interest in the financial markets would be desirable.
Autonomy and self-management ability.
