Most traders tend to use indicators to analyze the charts and confirm the trades. But indicators are usually lagging and one should use indicators only as a secondary confirmation.
While this does not diminish the importance of the indicators, one must use them in appropriate situations. Very few indicators have characteristics which can be defined as leading & we will have a look at some practical applications of indicators.
