USD/JPY, AUD/JPY Flows − Cross/JPY up on Fixing/ toushin demand; Y260bln today

USD/JPY, AUD/JPY, Cross/JPY supported on back of Japanese commercial fixing demand and also talks of Toushin related demand, with 3 tranches today: 1) Daiwa Asset Management 's Daiwa Brazil Stock Fund : Y205,000mln Ceiling; 2) Nomura Asset Management's Nomura Low Price Stock Fund, Y50,000mln, 3) Credit Agricole's CA JPY-AUD FX reference conditional fund Y5000mln = for total of Y260,000mln or Y260bln ($2.93bln) ceiling amount. On FX, good to watch any further Japanese toushin related demand and fixing demand. Talks of good bids from Japanese accounts, real money, Kampo, pension funds from 88.00-30/ 40-50 today. AUD/JPY continues to edge up, rising to 81.70-80, up from 81.30-40, helped by RBA Ric Battellino comments, and also talks of toushin related demand. Offers 82.WL25 Nov 2009AUD/JPY
