EURJPY
We are stuck within a triangle formation on the Daily EURJPY. The base is at 131.50, the high at 137.90. We are above the main Moving Average and have spiked lower three times in the last three days, so that bias is slightly bullish. We are however coming off the top of the RSI and the daily MACD has crossed to sell (even though it is still in the buy zone). Overall, a real mixed picture.
1HR: Looks like an ABC correction to me. We had the MACD crossing over to sell at midnight (X). Going into the 10mins chart we can see the move down in 5 mini waves. This pullback should only reach around 134.85 before the next move lower. Only a move above 135.74 would make me bullish. First target 132.00, then look for the trend line at 131.40-50 to act as support.
