(16 October US) Latest Impact: GBPAUD Bullish Stance, eh! When?
GBPAUD selling forces were not tepid since the pair broke the 2009 low and capitulation emerged once the support trendline between Jan & Feb09 had been broken. The fall was indeed harsh, and we warned about it in the last wire of GBPAUD.
Today, we start believing that the bottom is about to be completed, allowing recovery at slow pace to be productive for few weeks.
If you are already standing with the bulls towards 17900, the position is fine as long as no close is issued below 17550. If that happens, close the position and re-initiate a buy signal once a close back above 17700 is seen.
