EURUSD

Yesterday's decline has extended into the 1.3750 region before initiating current recovery. Support at 1.3775 formed by the 61.8% retracement of the 1.3425-1.4340 move seem stable and while it holds, the recovery could extend towards yesterday's open price at 1.3995/00, therefore erasing the 245 points losses. Downside bias remains valid as long as the euro trades below the 1.4000 mark against the U.S. dollar and a potential breach below 1.3775 would open 1.3600/10 for a later test. Intra-day momentum is positive at the time of this writing. Current quote is 1.3830 @06:05 GMT

AUDUSD

The 50% retracement of the .7450-.8260 move at .7855 has proved stable once again, limiting the downside on yesterday's decline which has extended over today's Asian session. The .7950 region is targeted on current recovery and a potential breach higher would bring next upside barriers on focus - at .8000 then .8050. Intra-day sentiment is bearish and a sustained breach above the .8000 mark would signal a reversal. Downtrend is quite strong over the hourly charts as the Aussie dollar has declined pretty much straight from .8235 to .7860, upside pullbacks being hardly noticed. Current quote is .7918 @06:05 GMT

Support levels: .7850/55, .7800 and .7760
Resistance levels: .7950, .8000 and .8050
Market sentiment: long-term : bearish, mid-term : bullish, short-term : bullish

EURCHF

Intra-day support at 1.5050 is under pressure and a potential breach would favor further downside action towards key support zone formed into the 1.5000 region.Short-term sentiment is slightly bearish but the pair continues to lack direction and volatility remains very low - the hardly tradable daily range averaging a 65 points. Current quote is 1.5063 @06:05 GMT
