The Euro retracement on yesterday has come to an end, at least for a while, after finding support at 1.4605. Support is now formed by 1.4605 backed by 1.4590 and 1.4560. Resistance is emerging at 1.4640 followed by 1.4655 and 1.4700. Minor resistance is seen at 1.4670 as well. Daily sentiment remains positive although the Euro lost some ground and the hourly studies are slightly bullish at the time of this writing. While 1.4605 remains intact and holds under the pressure of potential pullbacks, we will expect the Euro to recover and aim towards the previous days highs in the 1.47 area. Looking at the daily charts, we would say that we are currently under a consolidation period, ranging between 1.4500 and 1.4750. It is not such an easy task to break 1.4750 yet although there have been some tests during the last few days. Overall, the upside is still favored while the Euro doesn't step below 1.4600. Current quote is 1.4637 @07:17 GMT
