The Euro failed to fell below 1.3400 on yesterday and reached 1.3360 but recovered and managed to get back into the 1.34 area. Support is seen at 1.3400 backed by 1.3380 and 1.3360. Resistance starts at 1.3435 and it is followed by 1.3475 and 1.3500. Daily sentiment is bearish and hourly is neutral. The resistance at 1.3435 is holding so far and a potential break may encourage the Euro to recover and test 1.3500 later. On the other side, the Euro lacks the strength to climb away from the 1.33 area. Another slip below 1.3400 may put even more pressure on the lower 1.33 area. Current quote is 1.3414 @06:22 GMT
