The Euro recovered slightly on Friday but failed to find support above 1.3700. Support is now formed at 1.3680 backed by 1.3640 and 1.3600. Resistance emerges at 1.3705 followed by 1.3725 and 1.3760. Daily momentum is bearish while the hourly studies are slightly bullish at the time of this writing. The Euro sits on a fragile ground right now and 1.3680 may easily fail, so that 1.3640 will become a bearish target. On the other side, the Euro needs to find good support in the half 1.37 area in order to point our attention higher, towards the record highs at 1.3850. Current quote is 1.3686 @06:12 GMT
