Breaching 0.9450 signals that the bullish correction could resume. However, trading below 0.9505 would limit this correction.
Risk aversion and the Fed's "all-in" QE3 decision will keep making it difficult for the USD to find strength against the CHF.
USDCHF daily time frame the market is in a downtrend. Looking for market to form a high lower than the last.
The USDCHF has been range bound for quite some time. We have seen the USDCHF closely follow the EURUSD over the past few months. I anticipate this trend to continue. I'm looking for the USD to rally over the next few weeks but ultimately continue to be range bound barring any major Central Bank announcement
The peg to the euro continues determining the direciton of USD/CHF.

As the eurodollar moves lower so the usdchf stages a modest recovery but is still trading in a relatively narrow range and likely to hit resistance in the 0.9594 region in due course. A failure here will send the back lower to test the 0.9219 level in due course.
