GBPUSD Comments:

  • Anna Coulling:

Cable now testing the 1.6300 region. If this key level of price resistance is breached, then expect to see the GBP/USD continue higher in early 2013 and extend the current bullish momentum further, with a test of the 1.6589 price level last seen in 2011, now in sight.

  • Dr. S. Sivaraman:

year end upward move is expected to be aggressive

  • Ilian Yotov:

As long as the Bank of England continues to sit on the QE sidelines, the GBP should remain as a viable alternative to other currencies whose central banks go full speed ahead with more easing.

  • Yohay Elam:

With the dovish BOE, it is hard to see cable breaking above 1.63.
