GBPUSD Comments:

  • Anna Coulling:

Cable is now consolidating into a pennant formation on the daily chart with a series of higher lows to the underside of the pennant giving us a clear signal that a breakout, when it occurs, will be to the upside and a re-test of the 1.60 region in due course. This view is further confirmed by the strong support now in place at the 1.5250 area with a triple bottom at the area which has been created over the past 12 months,

  • Gregor Horvat:

Cable is trapped in a range, but bearish break is expected based on bearish trend since start of this year.

  • Ilian Yotov:

The GBP/USD pair is trend-less and could continue to fluctuate within its range between $1.54 and $1.58.

  • Joshua Martinez:

GBPUSD daily time-frame is prime to break bullish.
